About the job
We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our sales & marketing team in Helsinki. This position
is ideal for a person wishing to enhance their skills in consultative sales and digital consulting. In
this role, you’ll use your knowledge in technology and business to drive our sales. Your
responsibilities will include taking ownership of relevant accounts, ensuring account growth and
customer satisfaction, detecting new opportunities from existing and future customers, and
building proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships and presenting to executive stakeholders in our current and future customers.
  • Influencing strategic direction and acting as a business partner.
  • Leading account strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities.
  • Driving business development and forecasting accurately.
  • Working closely with the entire sales team and marketing to take our smarketing function to the next level.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and work in consultative sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Process- and goal-oriented work manner and strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to take ownership of your work and collaborate well with others.
  • Previous experience or enthusiasm to work in a fast-growing company.
  • Basic technical understanding of digital sales.
