Columbia Road builds seamless and commercially effective customer journeys that create impact. We help our clients get more revenue and more customers, but also to sell better.

At Columbia Road, we believe that marketing and sales should be a joint effort. Marketing is not an add-on, it’s at the core of digital sales. Digital marketers should be working right there with the team developing digital sales and we’re committed to making a change in our field.

We’re building a team of dedicated people to drive this change. We are looking for consultants who have an innovative mindset toward delivering business value and hands-on experience in some of the following: analytics, technical SEO, lead generation, performance marketing, CRM tools, marketing automation. We don’t expect you to know it all, but value a curious attitude towards tackling challenging tasks and diving into previously unfamiliar tools. Focus areas you excel at can be web analytics, technical SEO, performance marketing or CRM and marketing automation – you choose your Road!

You will have an important role in helping our customers grow their business. By nature, you are analytical and like to solve problems. You are able to bring clarity to uncertain and chaotic situations. You know how to analyse the results of your work and are able to derive business insights from complex data.

Columbia Road – Associate Program 2024

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! And now we’re not referring to the Holiday season, but to the awaited application period for Columbia Road’s 2024 associate program 🤩🍁 

The search is on for ⚡️Marketing Technology and Software developer⚡️ associates in the final year(s) of their studies. You have already gained some work experience in the field and have a growth hacking mindset. With us, you’ll get to grow professionally amongst over 150 exceptionally talented people while helping our customers grow their businesses. 

The Associate Program is a full-time summer job with the possibility to start working part-time already in spring of 2024. You’ll get to learn from a bunch of skilled professionals who don’t take themselves too seriously – learn the secrets of digital sales consulting while having a good time with your fellow Roadies. We give a lot of responsibility and freedom to our employees and love to share some laughs and drinks after work.
